On May 22, an evacuation drill and fire drill were held at the school.

The drill was based on the scenario of a fire at the school.

Before the drill began, the students learned what they need to pay attention to during the drill, the words related to the drill, and the fact that Japan is often hit by disasters such as tsunamis and earthquakes.

Knowledge about disasters is very important for foreign students living in Japan.

At the beginning of the drill, the students evacuated to the ground while checking the evacuation route.

During the next fire drill, the students learned what to do in case of a fire from the fire station.

The students tried  fire reporting to a fire station and fire extinguishing drills.

You never know when a disaster will occur.

Let’s not forget what we learned today so that we will not be in trouble when a disaster strikes.
