Students with a "student" visa who wish to work part-time must obtain "Permission for Activities Other Than Those Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted" before starting work. Part-time work is limited to 28 hours per week, and up to 8 hours per day during long vacation periods (summer, winter, and spring breaks). However, working in the adult entertainment industry is strictly prohibited.
