Part-Time Work

Examples include: Convenience stores, gas stations, supermarkets, family restaurants, drugstores, factories, etc.
Students with a "student" visa who wish to work part-time must obtain "Permission for Activities Other Than Those Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted" before starting work. Part-time work is limited to 28 hours per week, and up to 8 hours per day during long vacation periods (summer, winter, and spring breaks). However, working in the adult entertainment industry is strictly prohibited.

To start part-time work, the following preparations are necessary.
Opening a bank account and obtaining a mobile phone in Japan.Understanding Japanese manners, such as punctuality.
