- Q: When can I enroll?
- A: Enrollment is available twice a year depending on desired course.
For 2-year course - in April, for 1.5 – year course – in October.
Please submit the required documents by early November for April enrollment and by early April for October enrollment.
Note: The application deadline may vary depending on the recruitment situation and nationality. Please contact us for details.
- Q: What do I need for enrollment?
- A: To obtain a student visa, various documents are required.
Please refer to the list of required documents.
- Q: Is there an age limit?
- A: There is no age limit, but you must have completed at least 12 years of schooling or equivalent education. Additionally, you must apply within five years of graduating from your most recent school.
- Q: How do I apply for enrollment?
- A: Please contact the school via the inquiry form by email.
- Q: I have hardly studied Japanese. Can I still apply?
- A: To apply for a student visa, you need to submit a certificate proving at least 150 hours of Japanese language study history in your home country and a certificate of Japanese language proficiency.
We follow the same criteria for admissions.
As a guide, aim for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N5 (able to understand basic Japanese).
- Q: How long does it take to get the result of the student visa issuance?
- A: For April enrollment you will be notified result will bee announced end of Feburuary, and October enrollment, by the end of August.
- Q: Can I pay the tuition with a credit card?
- A: No, you cannot.
- Q: How long are the classes each day?
- A: Classes are held from Monday to Friday three hours a day.
There are morning and afternoon classes with the following schedule:
Morning class: 8:45 AM ~ 12:15 PM (with a 10-minute breaks between classes)
Afternoon class: 1:15 PM ~ 4:45 PM (with a 10-minute breaks between classes)

- A: There are two courses: the “2-year preparatory course” and the “1 year and 6 months preparatory course.”
In the 2-year course students progress through 8 levels, from beginner to advanced.
In the 1-year and 6 months course students progress through 6 levels, from beginner to advanced.

- A: Students come from various countries, with a majority from Nepal, Vietnam, China, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka.
- Q: How many students are in each class?
- A: Each class has 20 or fewer students.
- Q: Can I take classes in English or other languages?
- A: No, all classes are conducted entirely in Japanese.
- Q: Are there any staff members who speak foreign languages?
- A: Yes, we have staff who speak English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Nepali.
- Q: What kind of textbooks do you use?
- A: Classes begin with the textbook “Dekiru Nihongo”
The appropriate materials are selected based on the learner's level.
- Q: What kind of preparation is needed for further education?
- A: The school provides updated information on higher education opportunities.
In addition, our academic advisors conduct individual meetings to support students¡¦
progress toward further education.
- Q: Can I work part-time?
- A: If you obtain permission for extra-curricular activities from the Immigration Bureau, international students can work within certain limits.
You are allowed to work up to 28 hours per week.
During long school vacations, such as summer break, you can work up to 40 hours per week.
- Q: How much is the monthly cost of living?
- A: Monthly living expenses vary depending on the individual, but most students live on around 50,000 to 70,000 yen, including rent, utilities, food, and communication expenses like mobile phones.
- Q: What kinds of part-time jobs do students do?
- A: Students find part-time jobs that match their Japanese language abilities. Many work in hotels, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and factories.
- Q: Is there a dormitory?
- A: The school provides contracted apartments in a nearby town.
The school bus is available for transportation.
